I've ordered from lens.com in the past, but never will again. I just attempted to place an order, only to have them add a $95 processing fee at checkout. I thought it was a mistake, and upon further investigation, got some nonsensical explanation as to why they conduct their business this way. No, it's a pricing scam, plain and simple. At those prices I might as well just order directly from my eye doctor.
I am discouraged to see a price quoted and then at checkout it doubles under the guise of a service fee. Still the lowest price I have found. But feels deceitful!

Confusing, and the way price isn't listed until the very end is not appreciated.
The pricing on these lenses was so confusing I had to call to have it explained to me. The price on the front page is not the actual price unless you order the right amount and subtract the rebate and taxes and fees which are not broken out on the order for 4 boxes. Those are only broken out when I tried to order 8 boxes.
I have never had a problem with my contacts or ordering. Great company!
Disgusting approach to customers. Rebate = "we make it as hard as possible to give you the rebate, then you tell customers you have sent it, but mysteriously it disappears"
Processing fees are ridiculous and double the amount of your order total.
Good prices, but one of my earlier shipments had a damaged lens. I sent a complaint, but I was never contacted.

I wish... my two last orders never arrived, no tracked shipping available, lost $200. I contacted them but it's all white noise. Consumer fraud, never again.

Yes I am battling the same thing right now... I only bought from them because of such a good deal and rebate. But I've been waiting over 2 months and still nothing! I think they are hoping I will forget about it but they are wrong! I need that $100 and am counting on it. I won't stop bothering them til I get it. I'd advise you to put a reminder on a calendar like I do so you can call them once a month until it is resolved and you get your money. It's BS if you ask me!

No way of knowing if they're legit. In case of Lens.com this is irrelevant because they will ship 1 order in 3 and keep the money. This site is a major consumer fraud and they should be closed. I don't understand how they manage to stay in "business".

Yep. They're the same thing I used to pay much more for from my eye dr.
